True Grit Redemption 2 summary

The game features a 6 reels and 4 rows layout with 6 locked box positions. Special symbols appear in the enhancer row at the top which include xSplit®, xWays®, Toxic xWays®, Infectious xWays®, Rat, Rat King and Hunter symbols. These special symbols become active when they fall into the reel area during avalanches. Each new symbol falls in with the same multiplier as the Global Multiplier, The Global Multiplier is set to 1x at the start and increases by 1x after a win. It also increases when special symbols appear: xBomb®, Rats, Rat King, Hunter and Redemption Girl.

An exploding xBomb® removes adjacent symbols except for Wild, Reckoning Girl and Bonus symbols increasing the win multiplier by one for the next collapse. Locked boxes in adjacent positions to the xBomb® are removed upon explosion.

An xSplit® symbol splits all other symbols in its row, doubling the multiplier on the split symbols. Once all xSplit® symbols have been activated, they turn into regular paying symbols. It also opens the locked boxes in its row.

An xWays® symbol reveals a random paying symbol with a starting multiplier that matches the global multiplier. It then adds a multiplier of 2x, 3x, or 4x to itself. If there is more than one xWays® symbol, then all xWays® symbols will reveal the same symbol.

A toxic xWays® symbol reveals a random paying symbol with a starting mutliplier that matches the global multiplier. It then adds 2x to itself and to all instances of the revealed symbol on the reel area. If there is more than one Toxic xWays® symbol, then all Toxic xWays® symbols will reveal the same symbol.

An Infectious xWays® symbol reveals a random paying symbol with a starting multiplier that matches the global multiplier. It then doubles the multiplier of that symbol to all the instances of the revealed symbol on the reel area. Infectious xWays® symbols are only available in Vengeance Spins and Redemption Spins. If more than one Infectious xWays symbol lands, then all infectious xWays® symbols will reveal the same symbol.

An xWild symbol converts all symbols on the same reel to Wild symbols whilst keeping their multiplier. xWild symbol does not affect Bonus symbols, Reckoning Girl, Rat and Rat King symbols.

A Redemption Girl symbol is a Wild symbol which takes multipliers from all symbols in the same reel and adds them to itself. If Redemption Girl is involved in a win, its multiplier is added to the global multiplier for the next collapse. It does not add Rat multipliers to itself.

The Hunter symbol can only appear in the enhancer row or locked boxes. When it appears on the reel area it adds multiplier of 50x to itself and to each symbol on the reel area and the global multiplier. The Hunter symbol does not affect Redemption Girl, Rat, Rat King and Bonus Symbols.

When 4 or more Rat or Rat King symbols land on the reel area, they are removed and the total of each Rat and Rat King’s multipliers are added to the global multiplier. • Rat symbols have multipliers in the range of 1x to 5x. • Rat King symbols have multipliers of 15x, 20x or 25x. • If split, the number of Rat or Rat King in the affected cell doubles, their multiplier is unaffected.

Landing 3 bonus symbols with trigger 7 Reckoning Spins. During this bonus mode, the global multiplier is persistent between spins and any unlocked boxes remain unlocked until the end of the round.

Landing 4 Bonus symbols will trigger 10 Vengeance Spins. It has the same features as Reckoning Spins with the addition of the following features: • Locked boxes on the fifth and sixth reels are opened during the bonus trigger. • Infectious xWays can appear in the enhancer row.

Landing 5 Bonus symbols will trigger Redemption Spins. It has the same features as Vengeance Spins, additionally all locked boxes are opened during the bonus trigger.

At the cost of 1.5 times the base bet, the player is guaranteed a Bonus symbol on the bottom position of reel 2.

At a cost of 7.5 times the base bet, the player is guaranteed multiplier of 5x on global multiplier and all symbols except Redemption Girl, Rat, Rat King and Bonus symbols.

At a cost of 30 times the base bet, the player is guaranteed multiplier of 20x on global multiplier and all symbols except Redemption Girl, Rat, Rat King and Bonus symbols.

At a cost of 1,869 times the base bet, the player is guaranteed multiplier of 500x on global multiplier and all symbols except Redemption Girl, Rat, Rat King and Bonus symbols.

Players might get the opportunity to purchase an additional spin when a round ends. The additional spin will keep the global multiplier and the opened boxes. The cost of the spin will be calculated based on the global multiplier and number of opened boxes. If the cost of the Extra Spin is less than or equal to the win on the previous spin, then the Extra Spin option will be presented.

The max payout of the game is 34,000 times the base bet. When the total win exceeds this amount the game round will end and 34,000 times the base bet is awarded.

Any xWays symbols that appear will reveal the same symbol, and if the symbol revealed is already visible on the reels, each in view will be ‘infected’ and will expand as if they are xWays – producing additional ways to win.

xSplit® was first made available within xWays Hoarder xSplit, released in July 2021. On this first occasion, xSplit symbols go a long way towards assisting wins through the feature, as any xSplit symbols in view to the right of a Scatter symbol will turn the Scatter into a Super Scatter symbol – which within this release assists in progressing the feature through several levels. However, aside from the progression through bonus levels, xSplit as individual symbols increase win ways during base play. Any xSplit symbol in view will split all symbols to the left of it into two, increasing the ways to win. After this, the xSplit symbols will turn into wilds – for the potential of huge wins.

An xBomb Wild symbol substitutes any symbol except for the Bonus symbols. An exploding xBomb Wild removes adjacent symbols except for Bonus symbols and will increase the win multiplier by one for the next collapse. All xBomb Wilds will explode before the next collapse, except when the Wild Mining feature is triggered. An xBomb Wild will explode when there is a win, no matter if it’s a part of the winning combination or not. It will explode and trigger a new collapse if there isn’t a win, and wild Mining feature is not triggered.
